Pay an approved booking deposit

Quote & payment

PPM is quoted individually for your building and package. We’ll send an approved quote and deposit invoice before payment. Enter your payment details only in the invoice’s secure checkout, never in this form.

Deposit & cancellation terms

New projects up to and including £10,000: 50% deposit. Above £10,000: 10% deposit.

Deposit and cancellation amounts will be shown once your full project price is agreed.

Cancellation retention is 5% of the full agreed project price after the first 14 days from agreement, for booking, diary scheduling and administration. It is not due with this invoice or charged automatically. It applies only if agreed before contracting and lawful; for consumers it is limited to fair, proportionate evidenced costs or losses, allowing for savings and mitigation. A lower justified amount means a lower deduction. Statutory rights remain, and it does not apply if Mi Climate cancels. Existing agreements are unchanged.
